Signia by Hilton Atlanta

An elevated take on modern Southern hospitality, our custom team worked closely with Gensler and Lux et Veritas Design on the new Signia by Hilton Atlanta.

Featuring a sculptural installation that weaves through the space, integrating art and light, the large-scale piece flows gracefully among a series of modified OCL Tubie pendants with RGBW capabilities, customized to support the design vision.

The result is a striking and cohesive visual experience that enhances the lobby’s elevated ceilings, creating a warm, dynamic focal point for guests as they enter the hotel.

The installation—titled Bifurcations—was created by artist and Georgia Tech architecture professor Tristan Al‑Haddad specifically for the hotel’s grand lobby. Crafted from metal and extruded polymer, this large-scale piece gracefully spans the double-height space above the entrance, engaging with architectural lines and light.

The sculpture reflects Atlanta’s cultural roots: it features a haint blue tone—a nod to Gullah tradition of warding off spirits—while its branching form evokes the city’s nickname, City in the Trees symbolizing growth and community.

Positioned to integrate with the modified OCL Tubie pendants, Bifurcations feels like a living extension of the lighting—melding art, architecture, and illumination into a unified, dynamic experience that welcomes guests as they enter the space.
