Regional Sales Manager
Original Cast Lighting (OCL) has been a leader in the decorative commercial lighting market for 35 years.
As a Regional Sales Manager for OCL, you will be responsible for the sales of independent manufacturers’ representatives in an already established territory. Maintain a positive relationship with customers and reps, accommodating their needs and providing them with tools to make them successful in the field. This position will also be involved in brainstorming for new product offerings, sales techniques, and more. Job requires approximately 20% travel.
Required Skills:
- Experience in the lighting, design, and/or architecture industries is preferred.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and think outside of the box.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Organization and computer skills.
- Previous sales or customer service experience.

Original Cast Lighting (OCL), a local lighting manufacturer, is currently seeking an experienced Assembler.
This position involves final assembly and wiring of light fixtures. Job candidate should be able to read a wiring diagram, follow directions, and retain information. Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and willingness to learn are necessary. Electrical experience is preferred, but not required.
